Burial, Cremation & Repatriation
Assistance at the place of death;
whether in a hospital, home, or public way.
Coordination with the corresponding consulate.
Transfer permit processing.
English-to-Spanish translation services before relevant authorities
(Public Ministry)
Retrieval of the medical death certificate.
Registration of the death and issuance of the official death certificate.
Request and retrieval of the consular letter authorizing the transfer of human remains.
Embalming authorization and processing.
Collection of the body from Forensic Medical Services (SEMEFO) (If required) or place of death.
Cremation authorization and required legal documentation.
Authorization process for burial or cremation.
Issuance of transportation permits required by the Health Department.
Scheduling and coordination of body transportation.
Direct communication with a funeral home in the country of origin, as appointment by the family.
